And I was downhearted, feeble, and very badtempered at little things. My hands often felt a lack of trength, even I was too lazy to talk and reluctant to answer the phone. Even I was unable to fed myself. I often needed the ventilatory assistance at home. It was very hard for me to pass through the stairs of four floors when came home, I had to pause many times and completely out of breath.
One week later after I took the edible fungi, with my feet could walk, my heart was improved, too. The “heart” felt better. The strange thing was, it felt unwell again in the “dizziness period”. I had used the ventilatory assistance 45 times. My heart began felt well since October 4th, from the dairy, I didn't use the ventilatory assistance even once, and could walk to the fourth floor in one breath.
